Structure of a single-layer glass reactor.

The single-layer glass reactor mainly consists of a glass tank, a heater, a stirrer, a temperature controller, etc. The glass tank is the main part of the entire reaction kettle, usually made of high borosilicate glass and has excellent corrosion resistance. The heater is used to control the temperature inside the reactor, the stirrer is used to stir the reactants, and the temperature controller is used to monitor and adjust the temperature inside the reactor. The glass condenser can also be connected to a recirculating chiller, which in conjunction with a heater, controls the temperature of the material.
