The low-temperature tests required for semiconductor devices include low-temperature storage test, temperature impact test, temperature and humidity bias test, etc. These tests are very important. They are related to whether the semiconductor component can be used normally, whether it will be directly damaged in some cases, and its service life.


During the test, you can find a container to put the semiconductor devices inside or outside, then connect the pipeline, set the temperature for the ultracool circulation chiller and cool it, and you can safely wait for the end of the test time. Of course, please remember to turn off the power and maintain the equipment after the test.
