The thermostatic water bath can provide the following conditions in the crystal precipitation experiment:


1. The temperature control system adopts PID control, and the control accuracy reaches 0.1 ℃

2. High quality corrosion-resistant stainless steel liner with optional capacity of 5L to 100L

3. 30 temperatures or cycles can be written, and different time lengths can be set for each program

4. Temperature rise, constant temperature and temperature drop can be controlled as required, and the speed can be automatically set according to the needs of users

5. The temperature or time setting program can be stored, and the machine operation can be directly adjusted to any stored temperature or time period for automatic control operation

6. The system can control slow temperature rise or slow temperature drop

7. It has the functions of internal circulation and external circulation. During external circulation, it can establish a constant temperature environment outside the machine and expand the scope of use

8. The LCD screen can set and display the temperature, and the operation is simple

9. Select RS232 or RS485 communication interface to realize data transmission and remote control of PC or PLC

10. The thermostatic water bath has overheating and overcurrent protection functions, and the control system has overtemperature alarm function, which can set the upper and lower limit alarm temperature, and automatically cut off the power supply when the alarm temperature is exceeded
